Dear Members, We are excited to provide you with a new online banking platform on the morning of March 21, 2024. Please review the information below to prepare for the migration. You can review a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) here. Through this migration there are a few items we want to make you aware of: 1. A+COMPUTE online and mobile banking will be unavailable for a portion of Wednesday, March 20, 2024. As we migrate to our online banking platform, some services will not be available. Our Bill Payment platform, including Zelle, will not be available from 6:00 am on March 20th until 9:00 am EST on March 21st. A+COMPUTE will be unavailable from 3:00 pm EST on March 20th until 9:00 am EST on March 21st. If you visit a branch office or call the credit union, we will post transactions to your account for withdrawal or deposit, and make loan and VISA credit card payments. You may also use your ATM, VISA Debit and Credit Cards, and transfer funds using A+CALL. ACH direct deposits and pre-authorized payments will continue to deposited to or withdrawn from to your accounts. 2. Scheduled transfers will not migrate to the new system. If you are currently using scheduled transfers, please note which ones you will need to set up in the new system, and keep the list accessible for quick access. 3. Your Logon ID and Security Code (password) will be different. The Logon ID must be an alpha/numeric ID containing a minimum of six characters. Please use the examples below for the first-time login process. If your member number is not six (6) digits in length, it is necessary to add leading zeroes to make it six (6) digits in length: Examples:
